Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.93 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Northern Parkway and Roland Avenue. The project will consist of constructing an interim playing field for the varsity baseball team; and sodding the skinned infield surfaces of two additional baseball/softball playing fields.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for this project.
