The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.32 acres and is located west of the intersection of York Road and E. Old Cold Spring Lane. The project will consist of the removal of 0.22 acres of existing pavement within Guilford Elementary/Middle School’s paved lot/play area. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide an impervious area reduction by over 50% to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.32 acres of this project.
