Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 88 acres and is located Southeast at the intersection of Liberty Heights Ave and North Dukeland St. The project will consist of stream restoration at the Washwater Lake Dam outfall. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.39 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.39 ac of this project.
