Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.71 acres and is located along Edmondson Ave., Arunah Ave., Whitmore Ave., Poplar Grove Sr., Lafayette Ave., Ellicott Dr., Winchester St., Ellicott Driveway, Bloomindale Rd., Ashburton St., Dukeland St., Aisquith St. and E. 20th St. The project will consist of replacing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.71 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.71 ac of this project.
