The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 3.2 acres and is located at the following roadways: Georgetown Rd Vicinity: Georgetown Rd, Inverness Ave, DeSoto Rd; Winans Way Vicinity: Winas Way, Hunting Place, Briarcliff Rd, Glen Allen Dr, Brinkwood Rd, Nottingham Rd, Coleherne Rd; Wells St Vicinity: E Wells St, Westphal Place, Byrd St, Johnson St. The project will consist of rehabilitating water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.2 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.2 ac of this project.
