Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.54 acres and is located west at the intersection of Herkimer Street and South Carey Street. The project will consist of removal of pavement, reconfiguration of existing parking lot, providing delineation of on-street parking, and providing some stormwater management (2 micro-bioretention facilities) where none currently exist.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.54 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.54 ac of this project.
