Project Description:

(Ridgewood Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.148 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Ridgewood Avenue and Eldorado Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

(Belle Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.175 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Belle Avenue and Ayrdale Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

(Fernhill Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.127 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Fernhill Avenue and Garrison Boulevard. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

(Hayward Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.132 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Hayward Avenue and Beaufort Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

(Saint Georges Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.145 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Saint Georges Avenue and E. Cold Spring Lane. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

(Ready Avenue): The project has an approximate area of 0.126 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Ready Avenue and Sheridan Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking

(Olney Road): The project has an approximate area of 0.126 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Olney Road and Ruscombe Lane. The project will consist of the construction of a 1-STY. UFAS Housing Unit with associated ADA accessible parking.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality and quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.979 ac of this project.
