Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.85 acres and is located Southeast at the intersection of Keyworth Avenue and Greenspring Ave. The project will consist of installation of an approximately 0.48 acre rubberized playing field surface, dugouts, and sidewalks as well as ESD Measures. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.02 acres of this project.
