Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.18 acres and is located on the south side of Belle Avenue 500 feet west of the intersection of Belle Avenue and Ayrdale Avenue. The project will consist of a single family house with one off-street parking lot.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.027 acres of this project.
