Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.60 acres and is located at the intersection of E Lombard Street and Bioscience Drive. The project will consist of the installation of 2200 lf of communication conduit and 800 lf of electrical conduit. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project will return the 0.60 ac of disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for the 0.60 acres of this project.
