The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment and water quantity waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.95 acres and is located north of Dillon Street between South Eaton Street and South Fagley Street. The project will consist of 25 single family townhouses, 8 detached garages and associated driveways.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.58 ac of this project.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control for 0.008 ac of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.008 ac of this project.
