Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 7.8 acres and is located east of the intersection of Pimlico Road and Northern Parkway. The project will consist of redevelopment of an existing parking lot into a new Pimlico Racetrack horse barn and dormitory area.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction and on-site water quality control to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 3.55 ac of this project.
