The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.81 acres and is located along the north side of Holabird Avenue at Broening Highway, the south side of Cardiff Avenue at Broening Highway, as well as Broening Highway between Keith Avenue and Holabird Avenue. The project will consist of utility work only with the installation of water and sanitary sewer service connections, and traffic signal components.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.81 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.81 acres of this project.
