Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.78 acres and is located at the following roadways: N. Milton Avenue, N. Montford Avenue, N. Bradford Street, N. Port Street, N. Patterson Park Avenue, N. Collington Avenue, N. Duncan Street, N. Madeira Street, E. Fairmount Avenue, E. Fayette Street, Montford Alley (E.), Montford Alley (W.), Bradford-Montford Alley, Montford-Port Alley, Boyer Street and Lamley Street. The project will consist of digging up and replacing existing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.78 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.78 ac of this project.
