Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 2.82 acres and is located in the street in the blocks of 2700 Ashland St, 2700 & 2800 E Madison St, 2800 E Monument St, 600 Lakewood Ave, 2900-3100 McElderry St, 700-900 E Belnord Ave, 500 & 600 N Decker Ave, 400-700 N Kenwood Ave, 500 N Potomac St, & 700 N Streeper St. The project will consist of water main replacements or relocations in the street and a few replaced water house connections from the street to the meter only. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.82 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.82 ac of this project.
