The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 5.60 acres and is located in the street in the blocks of 600, 700, & 900 Allendale St, 3700 Colborne Ave, 3800-4000 Cranston Ave, 400-700 Denison St, 600 & 700 Edgewood St, 3600 Eversley St, 3700 & 4200 Flowerton Rd, 3500-3800 Gelston Dr, 400 Gwynn Ave, 600 & 700 Linnard St, 700 & 800 Lyndhurst Ave, 600-900 Mt Holly St, 800 N Hilton St, 600 & 700 N Grantley St, 4100 Rokeby St, 3300 & 3400 W Franklin St, 1000 Woodington Rd, 3800-4000 Woodridge Rd, & 3600 -3800 Harlem Ave. The project will consist of water main replacements or relocations in the street and a few replaced water house connections from the street to the meter only.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 5.60 ac of project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 5.60 ac of this project.
