Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.22 acres and is located northwest of the intersection of Kenhill Ave. and E. Hoffman St. The project will consist of 0.22 acres of impervious surface removal with subsequent conversion to two micro-bioretention cells.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by implementing environmental site design to the maximum extent practicable for 0.22 ac this project.
