Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.51 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of West Patapsco Avenue and Washington Blvd. The project will consist of the redevelopment of the existing gas station to a 7Eleven Convenience Store. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide a 15’x4’ Filterra® Unit and an impervious area reduction of 0.09 Acres (~3,920 Square Feet) to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.13 ac of this project.
