Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.41 acres and is located northwesterly at the intersection of Belair Road and Woodlea Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a single-story commercial building with associated parking for a car rental facility. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of a fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.165 ac of this project.
