The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a phased development waiver. If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.32 acres and is located northwesterly at the intersection of Benhurst Road and Bartol Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of two (2) 2-story residential dwellings with associated parking pads within a recorded subdivision. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code.
