Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.917 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of N. Chester Street and Eager Street. The project will consist of removal of approximately 0.17 acres of concrete from the site, the remaining 0.31 acres of concrete will be broken up and remain on site. Two feet of clean imported soil will be spread on site and the entire site topped with topsoil, seed and mulch. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction of 100% to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.917 ac of this project.
