Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.35 acres and is located east at the intersection of Woodberry Avenue and Eric Shaffer Way. The project will consist of two pairs of duplex and one single house (previously approved as a duplex).

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.175 ac. this project.
