Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.64 acres and is located southwesterly at the intersection of Ward Street and W. Ostend Street. The project will consist of the construction of 18 2-STY. Townhouses with associated parking off of an existing alley.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.194 ac of this project.
