Application for Qualitative Control Waiver: PROPOSED APARTMENT BUILDING

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.26 acres and is located north at the intersection of Roland and Roland Ave. The project will consist of a new apartment building that will include nine units in total. The four units will face Roland Ave. The other five units will be fronting the Hickory Ave.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.20 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition.

AND/ OR

The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by rendering one bio-retention structure for 0.193 ac of this project.
