The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.59 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Chesapeake Ave and 7th St.. The project will consist of an office building with garage and parking lot.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide bioretention for 0.88 acre impervious area, and provide impervious area reduction of 0.86 acre to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 3.59 acres of this project.
