The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.6 acres and is located at the following roadways: Queen Anne Rd, Talbot Rd, Mondawmin Ave, Monticello Rd, E Monument St, McElderry St, Castle St, Duncan St, N Collington Ave, Madeira St, Northwood Dr, Cedarcroft Ave, and Winston Ave. The project will consist of replacing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.6 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.6 acres of this project.
