The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.97 acres and is located at the following roadways: Milton Ave, N Port St, N Belnord Ave, N Kenwood Ave, N Streeper St, N Curley St, W Potomoc St, N Decker St, S Bouldin St, S Robinson St, N Clinton St, N Highland Ave, Fairmount Ave, Leverton Ave, Roberts Pl, Mt Pleasant Ave, S Fagley St, E Pratt St. The project will consist of replacing water mains and house connections as necessary at several locations.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.97 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.97 acres of this project.
