Application for Qualitative Control Waiver: Erdman Shopping Center Paving Restoration

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 14.9 acres and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Erdman Avenue and Sinclair Lane.  The project will consist of restoration of paving for this existing retail shopping center. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.5 acre paving restoration project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.5 acres this project.
