Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.91 acres and is located at 5351-5353 Park Height Ave at the intersection of Clover Road and Park Height Avenue. The project will consist of the demolition of an existing 8,500 sq.ft. single story building and construction of new single story 8,500 sq.ft. building, six parking spaces and new driveway. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls for 0.154 ac and 0.056 impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.149 ac of this project.
