The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.43 acres and is located north of the intersection of Labyrinth Road and Western Run Drive. The project will consist of a single family house with an attached garage.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.15 ac of impervious area on this project.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control for 0.15 acres of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.06 acre increase impervious on this project.
