The City of
Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on
this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver.

Description:
The
project has an approximate area of 0.87 acres and is located north at the
intersection of Nathan Shock Drive
and Mason Lord Drive.  The project will consist of the construction of an unmanned Generator Building.

 The
Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7,
§23-7 of the City Code.  The existing
impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality
controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this
waiver for the site.
