Application for Administrative Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments for a request to issue an Administrative Waiver for a redevelopment project on the property located at 900 South Caton Avenue. If granted, the administrative waiver would allow construction of this project to be governed by the rules and requirements that were in place prior to the Baltimore City Council’s adoption of Ordinance 10-277 on May 3, 2010. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.

Project Description: The project site has an area of approximately 114,100 square feet or 2.62 acres. The project site is located at 900 South Caton Avenue.
