The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a Phase waiverquantitative and qualitative waiver for a phased development project. If granted, the waiver would allow the construction of this project to be governed by the If granted, the waiver would allow the construction of this project to be governed by the rules and requirements that were in place prior to the Baltimore City Council’s adoption of Ordinance 10-277 on May 3, 2010rules and requirements of to Baltimore City’s Ordinance 10-277. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.

Project Description: The applicant is proposing to construct new entrances to the College off of North Charles Street. The project also includes the construction of additional parking spaces along the Loop Road on campus. The project site has an area of 162,800 square feet or 3.74 acres.
The Applicant is requesting a Phase Waiver in accordance with Article 7 Section 23-1(A)() (1) of) of the City Code. The project falls under an conforms to a existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division already in place for the College’s campus.
