Project Description: The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company is proposing to replace the aging existing underground gas main pipelines with polyethylene (plastic) pipelines along Fort Ave. between Key Highway and Benjamin Street, along Woodall & Stevenson Streets between Fort Ave., Latrobe Park Terrace between Fort Avenue and Jones St, and Key Highway, David Lane between Steuart St. and Clement St. and the following streets between Fort Avenue and Clement Street: Lowman St., Haubert St., Cooksie St., Towson St., Richardson St., and Reynolds St.
In order to meet the 2007 Baltimore City SWM Ordinance requirements for the proposed improvements, waivers for stormwater management water quality and quantity control are requested.
