Beginning on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a city sub-contractor will be installing an 8” cured-in-place pipe lining. We are asking the residents to reframe from using their water to flush their toilets or for any other household chores, that will drain into the sanitary system. Also, if your sump-pump discharges directly into the sanitary system please disconnect this immediately before the beginning of the work and do not re-connect it until the work has been completed.

While we endeavor to do everything we can to make operations run smoothly and with minimum disruptions for you and your neighbors, there are times when that will not be possible due to the nature of our work. We do want to hear from you whether it is a suggestion on how we can improve our work or to acknowledge a successful outcome. Thank you in advance for your patience.
