The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.94 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Bucknell Road. The project will consist of 42 double-stacked townhomes with associated driveways and parking.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control to fully satisfy the water quality controls for this project is not practicable. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.94 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition.
AND
The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.33 ac of this project.
