Jan. 21 Sanitary Consent Decree Public Information Session

On Thursday, January 21, 2021, the Annual Consent Decree Public Information Session will be held virtually beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting provides an opportunity for residents to receive information about specific parts of the City’s Modified Consent Decree, a legal agreement between the City of Baltimore and Federal and State regulators, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Maryland Department of the Environment, to address sanitary overflows from the sewer collection system.
