DPW will offer a free paper shredding for Baltimore City residents on Saturday, Oct. 16 and Sunday, Oct. 31. These events are a great way to responsibly get rid of bills and other sensitive documents. Residents can bring up to two garbage bags of documents to be shredded. Any bags containing non-paper materials will not be accepted. Once shredded, the documents will be taken directly to a recycling facility.

Saturday, October 16 Shred Event: Mergenthaler High School (Mervo), 3500 Hillen Road

Sunday, October 31 Shred Event: Pimlico Public Safety Training Facility, 3500 W. Northern Parkway
