Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

| Project Description: | :The project has an approximate area of 4.58 acres and is located south of the intersection of Ashburton Street and baker streets. The project will consist of a single-story healing center building with associated parking The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.
