The project has an approximate area of 2.62 acres and is located east at the intersection of Key Hwy and Key Hwy E. The project will consist of replacement Raw Sugar Storage Facility and conveyors that were destroyed by fire April 20th, 2021.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.601 ac of this project.
