The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.62 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of East 33rd Street and Ednor Road. The project will consist of a mixed use, multi-story structure and associated parking.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide both a reduction in impervious area and micro-bioretention to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.36 ac. of this project.
