The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.08 acres and is located in between the intersections of Dillon Street & South Eaton Street and Dillon Street & South Dean Street. The project will consist of a one-story building addition to a three-story commercial building and the redesign of the associated parking. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality control and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.33 ac of impervious area for this project.
