The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 4.10 acres and is located at the intersection of Llewelyn Avenue and East Oliver Street. The project will consist of construction of a new Food Incubator building and redevelopment of the surrounding site property. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality treatment in combination with an overall reduction in impervious area to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.66 acres of impervious area requiring treatment.
