Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 76.49 acres and is located along North and South Franklintown Road between West Lexington Street and Emerson Street. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of an existing underground gas distribution main and its associated services.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.54 ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.54 ac of this project.
