Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.248 acres and is between Lafayette Avenue to the north, Lanvale Street to the south, Barclay Street to the west, and Greenmount Ave to the east. The project will consist of the construction of a multi-story apartment building, parking lot, and multiple townhomes.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code, and a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for the redevelopment waiver, and the Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.613 ac of this project.
