The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located at the intersection of E. Oliver Street and N. Spring St., and west and southeast at the intersection of N. Patterson Park Ave. and Llewelyn Ave., north at the intersection of N. Collington Ave. and the alley between E. Preston St. and Mura St., north at the intersection of N. Collington Ave. and the alley between Mura St. and Biddle St., southeast at the intersection of E. Chase St. and N. Patterson Park Ave., southeast at the intersection of Bradford St. and the alley south of E. Biddle St., east of E. Chase St. to north of the railroad right-of-way, south at the intersection of N. Port St. and the alley south of E. Biddle St., and north at the intersection of E. Chase St. and N. Rose St. The project will consist of utility installation to upgrade electric from Philadelphia Road Substation.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.17 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.17 ac of this project.
