Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 6.77 acres and is located southwest of the intersection of West Dickman Street and Clarkson Street. The project will consist of the redevelopment of the property including improvements to the existing sidewalks, parking lots and the property entrances along West Dickman Street and Clarkson Street. Landscaping improvements will remove a large portion of the existing impervious area on-site to provide green space for building occupants.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.56 ac of this project.
