Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.14 acres and is located northeast at the intersection of Monroe Street and North Avenue, and north at the intersection of N. Pulaski Street and W. North Street. The project will consist of utility installation to upgrade electric from Woodbrook Substation. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.14 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.14 ac of this project.
