Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a Qualitative Control Waiver.

Project Description:    The project has an approximate site area of ±0.778 acres and is located to the east side of Ritter Avenue, north of the closest intersecting street of Hamilton Avenue. The project will consist of new construction for four (4) townhomes, drive aisles and parking pads, associated private hardscape and landscaping, public sidewalk, public water and sewer utilities and stormwater management facilities.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-2(1) of the Baltimore City Code. The limits of disturbance associated with this waiver, 1,300 SF or 0.030 acres, is primarily to install new public utilities and to replace the existing curb and sidewalk with new curb and sidewalk within Ritter Avenue right-of-way. The limits of disturbance stated above will be returned to predevelopment runoff conditions.
