The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.31 acres and is located on the northwesterly side of Menlo Drive and the southeasterly side of Parkington Avenue, southwesterly of the intersection of Menlo Drive and Park Heights Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a single family dwelling with a driveway access off of Parkington Avenue to an attached garage.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.069 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of a fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.069 ac of IART for this project.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of a fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.078 ac of IART for this project.
